Karen is a leading authority in leasing and managing property in Brisbane. A successful entrepreneur, she previously operated her own specialist Property Management company that went on to became one of the most prominent in Brisbane.

After 20 years in the industry, Karen recognised the need to showcase luxury residential rental properties…and ARRIVE was born. She now presents residents with prestigious and residential accommodation options, while also providing superior service and exceptional property management solutions to home owners or investors.

Karen went onto win numerous prestige Industry awards, including Property Management Company of the Year for the Leading Property Managers of Australia awards for Excellence.

As part of her commitment to Changing the Face of Property Management, she has sat on the Chapter for REIQ and continues to empower property managers through her industry training and support networks and is a coach and mentor to the industry.

She is a respected industry trainer and sought after speaker.

Karen also runs a non for profit organisation; GROWE (Growing Wanna Be Entrepreneurs), where she inspires amazing young minds to achieve their dreams. She was born and lives in beautiful Brisbane and has three of the most amazingly talented children in the world.
